About Dr. Kerley. . .
Dr. Kerley is a licensed psychologist who has been working in private
practice in the Atlanta area since 2003.  Prior to this, he was employed as a
School Psychologist for public schools in Georgia, Virginia, and New York.   
Dr. Kerley graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctorate of Psychology from Alfred University, in Alfred, NY, and
earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University.  

Over the past 19 years, Dr. Kerley has helped children, families, and adults, in clinic, residential, and school settings.
Dr. Kerley works with persons with a wide array of presenting challenges, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum
Disorders, Difficult Children, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Difficulties, Learning Differences, and Chronic
Health Problems.  Additionally, Dr. Kerley has conducted over 1,000 Psychological Evaluations, investigating
concerns related to Attention Problems, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Emotional  Concerns, Autism Spectrum
Disorders, and Developmental Delays, among others.  

Dr. Kerley has served as co-chair of the Legislative Action Committee of the Georgia Association of School
Psychologists.  He has also taught as an Adjunct Professor, instructing graduate students on the principals of
educational and psychological assessment.  Additionally, Dr. Kerley provides in-service training to teachers, parents,
and other psychologists on various issues related to child and family adjustment.
