About Dr. Kerley. . .
Dr. Kerley is a licensed psychologist who provides psychological services at
his independent private practice. Dr. Kerley earned his doctorate from Alfred
University, in Alfred, NY, and his undergraduate degree in Human
Development and Family Studies from Cornell University. Together with
his wife, Dr. Kerley is raising two children.
Over the past 17 years, Dr. Kerley has helped children, families and adults, in both clinic and school settings. Dr.
Kerley works with persons with a wide spectrum of presenting dilemmas, including ADHD, Difficult Children,
Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Difficulties, Learning Differences, and Chronic Health Problems. Additionally,
Dr. Kerley has conducted over 1,000 Psychological Evaluations, investigating concerns related to Attention
Problems, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Emotional Concerns, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Developmental
Delays.
Dr. Kerley has served as co-chair of the Legislative Action Committee of the Georgia Association of School
Psychologists. He has also been an Adjunct Professor of Assessment Principles to Graduate level Special Education
teachers. He currently conducts preemployment screenings for public safety agencies and is a network consultant for
several reality television shows. Dr. Kerley provides in-service training to teachers, parents, and other psychologists
on various issues related to child and family adjustment.
